Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov held a meeting with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev during the Caspian Economic Forum in Turkmenistan.
Dmitry Medvedev laid emphasis on the need to integrate the Caspian with the Black Sea region. Bulgaria is on the opposite end of the Black Sea and is a gateway to the European continent, Boyko Borissov answered.
