Bulgaria’s National Electric Company has paid off all its debts to the US-owned thermal power plants ContourGlobal Maritza East 3 and AES Maritza East 1, it became clear from the written answer of Bulgaria’s Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova to an opposition MP, BGNES agency informs.
