Bulgaria and North Macedonia will not jointly celebrate the 153rd anniversary of the birth of Gotse Delchev on February 4. Bulgaria has not received an invitation to commemorate Gotse Delchev's birth anniversary together, Minister of Foreign Affairs Georg Georgiev said in an interview for bTA. He described the relations between Sofia and Skopje as "specific".

"No decisions could be made regarding Ukraine without the participation of Ukraine itself", Minister Georgiev said. Bulgaria supports Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty. Kyiv should invariably have a say in determining the conditions for peace, Georg Georgiev stated.

"A potential trade clash between the USA and the EU would cause damage to both sides, and I am confident that this will not be allowed", emphasized Minister Georgiev.
