Caretaker Premier Dimitar Glavchev said from Brussels that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has shown full understanding regarding the decision not to sign the Cooperation Agreement with Ukraine without a sanction from the National Assembly.

''There will be no diplomatic scandal, there is absolute understanding. We are waiting for the National Assembly to give some direction on what we should do”, said Premier Glavchev. “I will not sign without a positive majority decision of the National Assembly. We hope to have a regular government quickly to take a stance'', Dimitar Glavchev went on to say.

Dimitar Glavchev suggested that the signing could take place in Kyiv when the Bulgarian side is ready.
