The Bulgarian Minister of Agriculture, Georgi Tahov, presented to the council a joint declaration by Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, in which they call for convergence of direct payments in the EU countries, because discrepancies lead to unequal market conditions.
