The Sofia City Prosecutor's Office has proposed to the chief prosecutor to ask the parliament to remove the immunity of Radostin Vassilev from the "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria coalition.

The investigation is from 2022 that on June 13, Vasilev tried to force MP Hristinka Ivanova, against her beliefs and will, to leave the parliamentary group of "There is such a people" (ITN) in the 47th parliament. Then the chairman of the ITN group, Toshko Yordanov, released to the media a telephone conversation between the resigned minister of sports, Radostin Vasilev, and Ivanova. Before that, Vasilev and another 5 MPs left ITN.

Vasilev stated before the BNR that the prosecutor's request was an act of political pressure.
