Ukrainian citizens call on Bulgarian politicians to allow military assistance to Ukraine

Ukrainian citizens protested in front of the Russian Embassy in Sofia on the occasion of today's massive shelling against Kiev. Olena Kotseva, a representative of the "Mati Ukraina/ Mother Ukraine" association, who called on Bulgaria’s new parliament to authorise military aid to Ukraine, also attened the event. 

In Olena Kotseva's words, the military actions are genocide against the Ukrainian people because the attack is not against military objects. "It is high time that the Bulgarian government made an appeal and started sending weapons officially", Olena Kotseva noted.
