Speaking about the tension between Russia and Ukraine, as a result of the Russian recognition of the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk, Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov told parliament that Bulgaria was a very reliable partner in the European Union and NATO. He added that Bulgaria was in solidarity with the sanctions, while considering options for delivery of energy sources.
