President Rumen Radev and representatives of his team who took part in a meeting of the National Security Advisory Council on January 10th, have isolated themselves as the reason is the positive Covid test result of the National Assembly President Nikola Minchev.

The press office of the head of state reported that everyone was in good health and measures had been taken for the normal functioning of the presidential institution.

The government's press service said that Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and his chief of staff Lena Borislavova were also under quarantine. Deputy Prime Minister Kalina Konstantinova will fulfill some of the responsibilities of Prime Minister Petkov while he works remotely.
