The 13th day of anti-government protests in Sofia ended before midnight, the BNR reports.

After the motion of no confidence in the government was rejected by parliament yesterday, the protesters continued with their demands for the resignation of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev. Other demands include machine voting and convening a Grand National Assembly to curtail the powers of the prosecutor general.

Later the protest turned into a procession along Sofia’s central boulevards. The key intersection at Eagles’ Bridge was temporarily blocked. Part of the protesters marched to the building of public broadcaster Bulgarian National TV, BNT, to demand the resignation of its director general Emil Koshlukov.
