"The recording clearly shows how one of the members of the local election commission writes something in the left part of the paper ballots and the other members of the commission don't seem to notice what is happening in front of them," Kamelia Neikova said. Ballot recount could take place in all or some of the polling stations only after an appeal to the Constitutional Court, Kamelia Neikova recalled. She also said that the CEC has not yet received official information about the missing footage from the counting of ballots on election night. When the executive authority provides the data, they will be analysed in the commission and in case of violations fines will be imposed on the members of the Sectional Election Commissions.
