For EU citizens, entering Greece through Ilinden-Exohi border checkpoint is less problematic

Border police authorities in Bulgaria advise Bulgarian citizens as well as citizens of other EU countries to use the Ilinden-Exohi border crossing when travelling from Bulgaria to Greece instead of the biggest border checkpoint at Kulata-Promachonas.
Some of the Serbian citizens entering Greece through Bulgaria are being tested for Covid-19. In addition, information on the address at which they will reside is filled in manually and declarations are also filled in. This slows down the movement of cars, the Border Police reports.
