Bulgaria should not stop seasonal workers reach their workplace abroad, a spokesperson of the Commission told Sega daily. The guidelines on the free movement of workers during the coronavirus pandemic clearly state that foreign workers must be allowed to cross the EU borders as long as employment in certain sectors is still permitted in the host country, the spokesperson points out.
