At a meeting with Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova representatives of employer organizations stated their support for the work on the construction of new gas interconnections between Bulgaria and neighbouring countries for guaranteeing national consumption at competitive prices.
Minister Petkova informed the participants of upcoming talks with Gazprom on changing the contract terms with the company, emphasizing that diversification and competitive energy supplies are a top priority for the government, and that it is working actively in this direction.
