Prime Minister Borissov pointed out that the strategy was clearly showing the desire of Europe to develop as a continent of stability, security and prosperity. The six countries and their peoples are given a European perspective and a clear sign that, as early as 2025, those who are ready could become EU members, Borissov pointed out.
