I welcome the strategy adopted by the European Commission in relation to the Western Balkans. That was what Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said.
Prime Minister Borissov pointed out that the strategy was clearly showing the desire of Europe to develop as a continent of stability, security and prosperity.
