Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev sent a letter of condolence to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the press office of the Bulgarian head of state announced. I received with deep grief the news about the explosion in Saint Petersburg that claimed many victims. In this difficult moment for your country I would like to extend the most sincere condolences to the families and the relatives of the victims and the injured on my behalf and on behalf of the Bulgarian people, the letter of President Radev to his Russian counterpart Putin further reads.
