Renowned Bulgarian zoologist and climber Boyan Petrov and environmentalist Andrey Kovachev had successful operations and are in stable condition now, it was reported. The two were injured on Tuesday when they were hit by a speeding car while working on an environmental project in the Kresna Gorge, Southern Bulgaria. After the incident Boyan Petrov was placed in medically-induced coma.
