Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, Joe Biden's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Robinhood CEO Vladimir Tenev are on the annual Time100 Next list, BTA reported.
The stock trading app Robinhood, run by 33-year-old Vladimir Tenev, a businessman of Bulgarian-American descent, has become the main platform for countering Wall Street from the social network Reddit.
The decision to limit consumer operations in the application reduced instability of the stock exchange, but generated a wave of criticism against Tenev, Time commented in presenting the Bulgarian as one of the leaders of the future.
