MPs from 12 countries will take part in the plenary session of the South-East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP) Parliamentary Assembly in Sofia. The forum is taking place under the motto: “20 years SEECP: The region – new realities, shared prospects.” The event will be attended by Bulgarian National Assembly President Tsetska Tsacheva as well as the presidents of the parliaments of Slovenia, Macedonia and Kosovo. The plenary session marks the end of Bulgaria’s chairmanship-in-office of the organization. Its priorities included: energy and transport connectivity of the countries of South-East Europe, synchronization of national legislations with EU law as well as the migration processes in view of the need of a legislative migration and counter-terrorism framework.
