Daniel Asenov has been voted the best young athlete of Bulgaria for 2015 in the poll of Viasport.bg. The European boxing champion in the men's 52 kg category gathered 358 points in the poll conducted among sports journalists as it brought a second prize in the poll for the Bulgarian boxers. In 2014, the top athlete title went to Blagoy Naydenov.
Second in the poll for 2015 with 228 points iss Adrian Andreev (tennis) and third is Albert Popov (alpine skiing) with 226 points.
