The most beautiful hall in all Capitoline Museums, Pietro da Cortona in Rome, was the venue of a presentation of a book dedicated to late Bulgarian operatic diva Ghena Dimitrova. The event was on the agenda of the working visit to Italy of Bulgarian Minister of Culture Vezhdi Rashidov. A special photo exhibition was shown with moments from the life of the great opera singer. For her outstanding talent Ghena Dimitrova has been recognized as one of the greatest Verdi female singers of all time. Before the premiere of the book Vezhdi Rashidov met with Claudio Parisi Presicce, Director of all museums in Rome. The two officials have discussed options for the exchange of valuable artifacts between Bulgarian and Italian museums.
