Bulgaria reaches final of the World Paella Day Cup in Valencia

Chefs from Bulgaria, Ireland, France, Italy, Romania, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, United Arab Emirates, China and Japan are among the finalists of the prestigious World Paella Day CUP competition in Valencia, Spain. 

Bulgaria will keep its fingers crossed for chef Nikolay Todorov - Nick, known as one of the organizers of a number of culinary festivals and concerts in Bulgaria. At the final of the competition, he will present his own recipe for paella, including products that can only be found in Bulgaria and the Balkan Peninsula.
