Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 28 April 2025

Sunny and cool weather expected at the start of the week in Bulgaria

On Monday it will be mostly sunny, over the mountainous regions – with insignificant cumulus clouds. A light to moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast. 

The minimum temperatures will be between 1°C and 6°C, and the maximum – between 15°C and 20°C, in Sofia – around 16°C.

In the mountains it will be mostly sunny. A moderate, on the ridges to strong northeast wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be around 9°C, at 2,000 m – around 2°C.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, in the morning hours in places with reduced visibility. A light to moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast. The maximum temperatures will be between 12°C and 14°C, and in the sea water – 10°C-13°C. 

There will be significant cloudiness over the western regions of the Balkans. In the east it will be mostly sunny. In Belgrade it will be 21°C, in Athens and Bucharest – 20°C, in Istanbul – 15°C.
