With an official ceremony in St. Alexander Nevsky Square in Sofia, President Rumen Radev has welcomed King Abdullah II of Jordan, who is on an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of the Bulgarian head of state, BTA reports. Rumen Radev and Abdullah II held a meeting, as talks between the official delegations of the two countries are also planned. The meeting of the two heads of state in Sofia is expected to focus on the prospects for the development of bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Jordan in the spheres of economy, defense, science and education, agriculture and tourism.
