“Democracy, Rights and Freedoms” – DPS will support the government at least until the coming of the convergence report on the eurozone, which is expected in June this year, it became clear from the declaration adopted at a six-hour meeting of the collective bodies of the party. The party will not vote “for” the vote of no confidence against the cabinet of Rosen Zhelyazkov, submitted by “Vazrazhdane”.

The party’s parliamentary group insists that the three formations in the government comply with the clauses of the agreement and that decisions be made by consensus. “We do not accept putting to a vote proposals that have not been discussed in the full format of the Joint Council”, the declaration reads.

“Democracy, Rights and Freedoms” – DPS also say that they will not support any legislative decision proposed or adopted with the votes of Delyan Peevski’s DPS – New Beginning and insist that the political forces from the agreement distance themselves from such ambitions.

“Neither the political crisis nor the Peevski model are about to be stopped – on the contrary, they are escalating alarmingly”, former mayor of Kardzhali, Hasan Azis said.
