A patient who was admitted to Bulgaria’s Pirogov hospital for treatment after the fire in the city of Kocani, North Macedonia, has been discharged from the hospital. The 15-year-old girl was admitted with severe burns to her forearm, director of the hospital, Dr. Valentin Dimitrov, informed.
Eight patients remain in the hospital, as all of them are in serious condition with affected upper and lower respiratory tracts. After the tragedy, which occurred on March 15-16, fifteen injured people were transported to medical facilities in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
