Georgi Kuzmov, who was removed from his position as mayor of the Sofia district of Oborishte, is returning to his post after winning the new elections with nearly 70% of the votes. On his Facebook page, Sofia Mayor Vasil Terziev congratulated Kuzmov on his victory. ''We lost months in the development of one of the emblematic districts of Sofia because of GERB and their associates, who unlawfully removed Kuzmov from his position.
