Out of all politicians in this country, President Rumen Radev enjoys the highest approval rating – 46.7%, followed by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov (18.9%), GERB party leader Boyko Borissov (15.9%), National Assembly Speaker Nataliya Kiselova (15,3%), indicates a survey conducted by Myara sociological agency 6-16 February, 2025, among 803 Bulgarians over the age of 18.
Out of the institutions the presidency has the highest approval rating - at 47.6% as against 38.4% disapproval. Approval of the government several weeks after its formation stands at 26.8%, as against 56.7% disapproval.
If elections were to be held today 26.5% of the respondents say they would vote for GERB/SDS, 13.9% for We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB), 13.5% for Vazrazhdane, 10.1% for DPS-New Beginning (affiliated with Delyan Peevski), 7.0% for DPS-Democracy, Rights and Freedoms (affiliated with Ahmed Dogan), 6.8% for the Bulgarian Socialist Party, 6.4% for There Is Such a People (ITN), 5.9% for MECH, 4% for Velichie and 5.9% for other, smaller political formations. 3.1% of the respondents have answered “none of the above”. These results show that electoral sentiments remain the same as they were during the election for parliament last October.
