The International Exhibition of Viticulture and Winemaking "Vinaria" 2025 will once again present the latest trends in wine-making at International Fair Plovdiv. Within the framework of the 32nd edition, from February 18 to 22, exhibitors will present selected selections of wines and collections of high-quality beverages.

In recent years, boutique wineries have established themselves in the industry but also on the market as preferred producers. A strong presence of leading Bulgarian wineries, which grow local varieties such as Mavrud, Rubin and Broad Leaf Melnik Vine and experiment with rare, revived varieties for this country is expected at Vinaria. The best selections of winemakers from Italy, Greece and Spain will also be presented in Plovdiv.
