Weather forecast for February 14

After a brief warming temperatures drop

In the next 24 hours, over most of the country cloud cover will remain significant with temporary breaks. In the morning, visibility will be reduced in some places.

On Friday, the wind will be weak, mainly from the east. In the eastern regions of Bulgaria, there will weak to moderate wind from the south-southwest. The lowest temperatures will be between minus 4° and 1°C; in Sofia - around minus 1°. The highest temperatures in most places will be between 5° and 10°C; in the southeastern regions - up to 12°C, for Sofia - around 5°C.

In the mountains it will be mostly cloudy. In the afternoon, light snow will fall on the highest parts of the massifs in Western Bulgaria. The wind will be moderate from the west-southwest. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 5°C; at 2000 meters - around minus 1°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy. There will be weak to moderate wind from the south-southeast. The highest temperatures will be between 6° and 8°C. The temperature of the sea water is 4°-6°C.
