We agree, Prime Minister, and look forward to continuing our successful cooperation in multiple fields, advancing our shared strength, security, and prosperity, the US embassy in Bulgaria wrote, in connection with yesterday’s brief meeting between Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and US Vice President J. D. Vance during the Paris AI summit.

“The deepening of strategic partnership between the US and Bulgaria must be a priority for our new governments,” Rosen Zhelyazkov stated during the meeting. Defence and new technologies are possible spheres in which cooperation can be deepened, he said, and pointed out that the Bulgarian institute INSAIT is already working on a number of new technologies jointly with leading international companies such as Goggle, Amazon etc.
