Valentine's Day has a special place in the program of the Varna Opera. On February 14, the audience will watch the great love story about Chinese princess Turandot, in Puccini's opera of the same name. The role of Prince Calaf is played by tenor Valery Georgiev. Turandot will come to life with the voice of Joana Zhelezcheva. The orchestra, choir and ballet of the State Opera-Varna and the choir of the Varna Children's and Youth Opera also participate.
As a compliment to the audience during the intermissions of "Turandot", as well as the musical "Ghost" on February 10, and the ballet "Swan Lake" on February 12, the audience will be offered a glass of wine. The Opera has also prepared a special thematic corner for lovers. In the lobby, the audience will be able to meet Cupid live and participate in a game with surprises and prizes. Delighting a loved one with a ticket to an unforgettable performance is one of the best gifts for any occasion, the team of the Varna Opera says.
