The Ukrainian parliament has authorized the purchase of two Russian nuclear reactors from Bulgaria, Euractiv reports. The energy committee of the Ukrainian parliament greenlighted the purchase of two old Russian nuclear reactors to expand the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant.
