The most important thing is to form a government, the Speaker of Parliament Assoc. Prof. Natalia Kiselova told the Bulgarian National Radio. If there are talks about a government, there will also be talks about other bodies, with the exception of the Supreme Judicial Council, because the majority that must support it is more serious, Kiselova explained. Without GERB, there can be no legal changes requiring a qualified majority.

It is most reasonable for the first two large parliamentary groups to unite and determine steps for the state to move forward, Kiselova believes.

Asked whether the procedure for electing Borislav Sarafov as Prosecutor General could be stopped by legislation, she replied that Sarafov would rather be elected, but stressed that the Prosecutor General is appointed by presidential decree and Rumen Radev has given a clear signal that he will return Sarafov's candidacy.
