GERB will not support the budget in any of its parts, GERB leader Boyko Borissov told reporters in parliament.
The law obligating the Ministry of Finance to set a 3% deficit has to be repealed, he said, or, parallel with this budget, the finance minister has to send an analysis of the actual state of the country’s finances. As regards the agreement with Ukraine, Boyko Borissov commented that he is against the signing of long-term documents, adding that such a decision can be signed by the Council of Ministers and PM Glavchev does not need ratification by the National Assembly.
