From 9 PM on 16 November until 7 AM on 17 November, the Turkish customs administration is suspending the processing of freight carrying vehicles at the border check points with Bulgaria at Lesovo and Kapitan Andreevo for the implementation of the new computerised transit system NCTS-P5.
