The coalition has filed two complaints with the Constitutional Court demanding that the elections be annulled

"We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB) has filed two complaints with the Constitutional Court in relation to the parliamentary elections held on October 27 this year.

The first complaint is based on arguments gathered by the lawyers of the “Boets” civic association and insists on a complete annulment of the vote. The second is based on discrepancies discovered after recounts and recalculations of the results in more than 3,000 polling stations where violations were detected.
"Thanks to the information assets, we made a survey which showed that in more than 2,300 polling stations there is a difference between the ballots from the voting machines, the protocols and the data from the memory of the machines," explained PP-DB MP Vasil Pandov.

The coalition's complaint points to polling stations where the protocols were changed or numbers were added after the protocols had been finalised, stations with an unusually high percentage of invalid ballots, and stations with discrepancies between the signatures on the voters' lists and the number of votes cast by paper and machine ballots.
The PP-DB expects a decision from the Constitutional Court within two months.
