PP-DB said they would work towards the election of a National Assembly speaker and a government

"For the first time in 35 years, democracy in Bulgaria is in immediate danger and we must save it", said MP Nikolay Denkov from We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB).

 Nikolay Denkov outlined some of the coalition's priorities, including the creation of a cordon sanitaire around Delyan Peevski and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms- A New Beginning; measures to stop the collapse of institutions in Bulgaria; termination of the procedure for the election of a new prosecutor general; adoption of anti-corruption reforms and the establishment of an ad-hoc committee to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding the early parliamentary elections because of "unprecedentedly large-scale controlled vote with signals from all over the country". ''We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB) will work towards the election of a National Assembly speaker and a cabinet that show with concrete actions readiness to implement the coalition’s priorities'', Nikolay Denkov said further.
