"If the proposal for a cordon sanitaire around Delyan Peevski and his formation ''Movement for Rights and Freedoms – A New Beginning'' does not receive support, ''We Continue the Change'' (PP) will not hold talks on the election of the Speaker of the National Assembly and the formation of a regular cabinet", decided the National Council of PP.

''The National Council has also given us a firm mandate to do everything possible to ensure that the Prosecutor General is elected by a Supreme Judicial Council whose term has not expired’’, announced ''We Continue the Change'' Co-chairman Kiril Petkov.

Today, at a meeting of their parliamentary group, the coalition ''We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria'' will decide whether to nominate its own candidate for National Assembly Speaker or to support another nomination.
