New mountain race Hut Hop Race to be held at Vitosha Mountain

In one of the mountains near Sofia - Vitosha, a new mountain race - Hut Hop Race will take place today starting at 10 am. The race is a run/walk with elements of map orientation using any navigational aids. 

Organizers are Kiril Nikolov "Dizela", Dimitar Zhelyazkov and Septemvri hut, where the start/finish of the sports event will be held. 

The participants are divided into teams of two - "men", "women" or "mixed teams" (competing in the "men" category), in two categories - runners and tourists. They will receive a map of the area with all the lodges marked. 

The goal of each team is to collect the maximum number of points by visiting the maximum number of huts along a freely chosen route.
