Seven formations might enter the 51st Parliament, two are at the 4% threshold

There are no significant changes in people's attitudes at the end of the election campaign compared to the beginning. These are the results of a sociological survey by Trend Agency, commissioned by 24 Hours Daily, in the period between October 16 and 22, 2024 through a direct semi-standardized interview "face to face" with a tablet among 1,002 adults.

According to Trend data,  there are seven formations with secure parliamentary representation for the 51st National Assembly and two political parties with chances of passing the 4% barrier. In the ranking of the agency, GERB-SDS is again in first place with the support of 24.9 percent of the voters. The second place goes to Vazrazhdane - with 15.2 percent, followed by "We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" - with 14.8. They are followed by "Alliance for Rights and Freedoms" with 7.8 percent, "MRF-New Beginning" - with 7 percent, ITN (There is Such a People) - with 6.6 percent and BSP-United Left - with 6.5 percent.

Mech party is at the threshold with 4%, and Velichie remains below the line with 3.6%, as well as Blue Bulgaria - with 1.7% of the voters. The number of people who declared they would vote with the option "I do not support anyone" is 4.3 percent.

Trend Agency notes that there may be some changes in the arrangement because the differences between the political formations in places are below one percentage point.

From the poll ommissioned by 24 Chasa, it is also clear that the election campaign did not succeed in motivating more voters to exercise their right to vote. Therefore, the expected turnout will be between 2 million and 2 million and 200 thousand people.
