The commission that investigated the crash of an L-39 aircraft in Graf Ignatievo on September 13, did not find any direct errors in the organization of the flight. This was announced by the caretaker Minister of Defense Atanas Zapryanov at a press conference where he presented the results of the inspections.

The pilots were in excellent mental and health condition. There was no problem with the aviation equipment, the minister pointed out. The commission considers that the situation escalated from normal to catastrophic. With the placement of the plane in a vertical figure with these parameters of the aircraft, the situation had become complicated. After the crew did not take action to eject, the situation turned catastrophic. In conclusion, the commission ascertained that there was "taking of an unjustifiably high risk when performing the aerobatic figure", BGNES reports.
