Festival of homemade cheese takes place in the Bulgarian village of Cherni Vit

For the fourth year in a row, in the village of Cherni Vit near Teteven, a festival of homemade cheese is being organized, the BNR correspondent in Lovech, Plamen Hristov, has reported.

The opening is at 10 a.m. In addition to home-made cheese from all over the country, visitors to the holiday will be able to taste other home-made products - bread, honey, wine, etc., Tsvetan Dimitrov, researcher of home-made cheese, producer of the famous local cheese and intiator of the festival, said. "The tastiest Bulgarian cheese is the homemade cheese, because everything in which a person's heart is invested is very tasty," Dimitrov also said.
