British writers Ian Macdonald and Farah Mendlesohn will be guests at the Bulgakon Festival. The meeting of fiction lovers in Bulgaria will take place from 21 to 23 September, hosted by the National House of Science and Technology in Sofia. 

Ian MacDonald and Farah Mendelsohn will participate in discussions on fantasy communities around the world and the predictive and social power of science fiction. Today at 3 pm Farah Mendlesohn will participate in a discussion on 'Humour, Resistance and Science Fiction', and at 5.00 pm Ian Macdonald will reflect on 'The Long Now: a new view of time'.
