Grigor Dimitrov wins against Novak Djokovic in exhibition match in Sofia

In an exhibition match in Sofia, the best Bulgarian tennis player, Grigor Dimitrov, won against the Olympic champion from the Paris 2024 Games, Novak Djokovic. The match was organized by the Grigor Dimitrov Foundation. It ended with a score of 6:4, 2:6, 10:6 for Dimitrov. Over 13,000 spectators filled "Arena 8888 Sofia" to the limit. Supporters chanted the names of the two tennis players as they entered the court. There was also a light show. The competitors offered very attractive game and the spectators enjoyed funny moments and a magnificent show.

For Grigor, the next planned event is the Laver Cup, where he will play in place of Rafael Nadal. It is not very clear what the priorities of Djokovic will be until the end of 2024.
