Five members from the former parliamentary group of ''Velichie'' announced that they are forming a new party called "It Makes Sense". Viktoria Vasileva will be its chairperson. She was previously part of the Union of Democratic Forces (SDS), There is Such a People (ITN) and Velichie.

The former chairman of the parliamentary group of Velichie, Nikolay Markov, will not participate in the new formation. The founding declaration was adopted at a general assembly held on Friday, August 16. The declaration states that "It Makes Sense" will work to "overcome voter apathy and uphold the rule of law through effective fight against corruption, quality legislation and a fair and speedy judicial process."

Velichie party entered the parliament after the elections on June 9 with 4.65%, but its parliamentary group collapsed shorty thereafter.
