Deputy Chairwoman of the Court of Auditors Goritsa Grancharova-Kozhareva, who on Friday, August 9, received a mandate from President Rumen Radev to form a caretaker cabinet, will start talks on its composition today.
"The President gave me until August 19 to present a draft cabinet, which means that from tomorrow I will start talks with the current ministers as well as with other experts. I will do it!" she told reporters after receiving the mandate. She vowed to form a cabinet to ensure the normal functioning of the country until a regular government is formed.

Grancharova-Kozhareva stressed that the most important task of the caretaker government was to hold fair elections.
