The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Bulgarian citizens refrain from traveling to Israel and Palestine due to the rapidly changing security situation in the Middle East in recent days, BTA reported.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on Bulgarians who are currently staying on the territory of these countries to follow the recommendations published on the Foreign Ministry's website and to register with the Bulgarian diplomatic missions in Tel Aviv or Ramallah. A number of countries have also issued warnings to their citizens in the Middle East and announced readiness to organize evacuations if necessary and in the event of an escalation of the conflict.
