New Bulgarian Sunday school will open doors in Chicago in September

"Our school will open its doors to children who wish to maintain and develop their language, culture and traditions," says the Bulgarica Cultural Center, which will operate the educational center. 

For the new 2024/2025 school year, children are being recruited for pre-school and third grade. 

Classes will be held every Sunday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm at two locations: the Bulgarica Center, Room A - 1120 S Elmhurst Rd, Mount Prospect and the Bulgarica Center, Room B - 1140 S Elmhurst Rd, Mount Prospect. 

The curriculum includes the required classes as well as a variety of interesting extra activities that will help children learn the Bulgarian language in a fun and effective way.
